The internet is a highly competitive and challenging environment to do business. One must always be on point and if not ahead of the game, must at least be able to keep up. A major part of a company's ability to stay in the game is customer feedback. It is only by knowing what the customer wants, and meeting those needs will a company be able to stay in business and prosper.
